How we work:

Referral to Alpha Carers Australia
The first point of contact where the client is referred to us. We will assess suitability based on the clinical/functional report sent to us.
Clinical Nursing Assessment
Once the referral is accepted, our Clinical nurse will meet the client to conduct a formalised nursing assessment in order to identify the level of support needed. A facility site tour can also be arranged if the client is interested.
Quote provided to funding
Based on the Clinical Assessment, a formal quote for accommodation and services will be provided to the referrer (i.e. SIL quote, board & lodging).
Discharge Planning
The Nursing/Support handover begins. Accounts with necessary vendors will be set up and the equipment and consumables needed will be sourced.
Move into Alpha Carers Australia
The Alpha Carers team and our therapists will assess the client and create a goal-setting plan for the client, once they settle in. The client can finally move in and become part of the Alpha Carers family and home.
